July 5, 2017-- Orlando, FL -- With laser and fireworks mimicking machine gun fire into the skies, the
master hit “ONE” gave a flashback to the 80’s to the huge crowd in an almost full house at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando Wednesday July
5, 2017. After a 14 years absent from the previous concert in the Orlando area. Fans as young as 4 years old came to see one of the most acclaimed bands from the 80’s heavy metal era.
While a lot of the hair metal and heavy metal bands had make a come back the last couple of years, Metallica came back heavier and louder. They went back to the bands first albums or how fans call it back to its roots.

The concert began with a blackout followed by a
western video that quickly turn to the opening
song and album title Hardwired... To SelfDestruct".
The band included most of their all
time hits like: The Unforgiven, Master Of
Puppets and Fade To Black for a total of almost two and a half hours of playing time.
Mario Castro from Fajardo, Puerto Rico, said “this has been the greatest concert ever”. A metal fan since his teen age years, now in his mid forties, he had never seen Metallica in concert. I missed them once in San Juan, “never thought that i would have the opportunity again to see them live,” after the 1992 concert in Puerto Rico was cancelled at last minute due to the extreme rains. [The Band actually opened this years tour in Puerto Rico.] Wes Singer, another concert goer and fan from the Navajo Reservation in Arizona said, “ while I‘ve seen them before, this was a great concert”. Singer as well as many of the fans agreed that the newest member Robert Trujillo as well as the rest of the band return to its musical roots, once again makes
Metallica the best heavy metal band to the roam the world.
