June 22, 2014 ---The 2nd Annual Levitate Music and Arts Festival is set to invade the Marshfield Fairgrounds in Marshfield, Ma on Saturday July 12, 2014. Steel Pulse and Donavon Frankenreiter are scheduled to headline the show with Stick Figure, Rubblebucket, The Ballroom Thieves, Windsor Tree and 3rd Loft scheduled to open the show. Gates for the Levitate Music and Arts Festival are scheduled to open at 12:30 pm. Tickets start at $35 for an early bird adult ticket. This is an all ages
rain or shine event.
Doors for The Levitate Music and Arts Festival open at 12:30 pm with music starting shortly there after. Tickets are $35 for an early bird adult purchase and $15 for an early bird child (ages 4-12. If still available tickets on the day of show will cost $45. Tickets can be purchased online at the TicketWeb website and in person at the Levitate Surf Shop located at 1871 Ocean Street (Route 139) in Marshfield, MA. Children under the age of 4 may attend the festival without the purchase of a ticket. Ticket prices listed do not include service charges and/or sales tax. No refunds are available on unused tickets. This is an all ages rain or shine event.

Note: There is no on-site ATM machine at the Marshfield Fairgrounds. Several vendors will have credit card capabilities but all beer sales are cash only. On-site camping is not allowed at the Fairgrounds for the festival. Attendees will be issued a bracelet which will allow them to enter and leave the festival as they please.
The following items are NOT allowed into The Levitate Music and Arts Festival: Alcohol, Backpacks, Beach Umbrellas, Coolers and/or Pets. The following items ARE allowed into the festival: Blanket To Sit On, Folding Chair and/or Sunblock.
The MBTA does not currently offer train service to the south shore on weekends but a round trip bus from Boston, MA is scheduled to depart for the Levitate Music and Arts Festival from Hard Rock Cafe on Clinton Street at Faneuil Hall Market Place at 11:45 am with the bus departing at 12pm sharp. From the West: Take 95 south to 93 north to 3 south, exit 12. Turn right at the lights (east on Route 139), at the 4th set of lights, 2.7 miles, turn left onto Route 3A north. The Marshfield Fair is one block on the right.
From the North: Take 93 south to Route 3 south exit 12. Turn right at the lights (east on Route 139), at the 4th set of lights, 2.7 miles, turn left onto Route 3A north. The Marshfield Fair is one block on the right.
From the Providence Area: Take 95 north to 93 north to 3 south, exit 12. Turn right at the lights (east on Route 139), at the 4th set of lights, 2.7 miles, turn left onto Route 3A north. The Marshfield Fair is one block on the right.
From The Worcester Area: Take 90 east/Mass Pike to 95 south to 93 north to 3 south, exit 12. Turn right at the lights (east on Route 139), at the 4th set of lights, 2.7 miles, turn left onto Route 3A north. The Marshfield Fair is one block on the right.
From the Taunton Area: Take 44 east to 3 north, exit 12 turn left at the lights (east on Route 139), at the 4th set of lights, 2.7 miles, turn left onto Route 3A north. The Marshfield Fair is one block on the right.
NOTE: Traffic on Routes 139 or 3A may back up because of the festival please adjust your travel times according.
Venue Parking:
There is ample paid parking at and around the Marshfield Fairgrounds for the Levitate Festival. Expect to pay $10 to park in these lot(s).
