September 2, 2015 — (BOSTON, MA) — Boston Calling reveals its schedule and releases single day tickets for Saturday September 26, 2015 and Sunday September 27, 2015. After The Avett Brothers open the festival on Friday night, English indie rock sensation alt-J will headline Saturday and southern rockers Alabama Shakes will close the festival on Sunday. Saturday and Sunday Single Day Tickets are available online beginning tomorrow, Thursday September 3, 2015 at 10am EST at BostonCalling.com. All performance times will be revealed at a later date.  Boston Calling will be held at Boston’s City Hall Plaza [One City Hall Square, Boston, Massachusetts] on September 25, 26 and 27, 2015.

Following Friday night’s performances by The Avett Brothers, Of Monsters and Men and Gregory Alan Isakov, Saturday and Sunday will feature 10 performances on each day ranging from electronic rock to folk to indie pop. On Saturday, alt-JCHVRCHESChromeoWalk The Moon and Father John Misty will take the stage.  Sunday will see performances from Alabama ShakesHozierBen HowardNate Ruess and Misterwives. As with all Boston Callings, two local acts are featured on the lineup.  Boston-based Grey Season will open the day on Saturday and Cambridge-based Dirty Bangs will kick things off on Sunday.

Boston Calling’s VIP area will offer expanded, complimentary food options catered by Boston’s popular Citizen’s Public House & Oyster Bar.  Menu specifics will be announced soon.

Ticket Information: Single day Saturday and Sunday tickets are available for purchase online tomorrow, Thursday September 3, 2015 at 10am EST at BostonCalling.com. Single Day Tickets for Saturday and Sunday are $85 for General Admission and $185 for VIP. Two-Day, Saturday/Sunday General Admission Tickets are $145 and Two-Day, Saturday/Sunday VIP Tickets are $350.  Single Day Tickets for Friday are $60 for General Admission and $150 for VIP. General Admission Three-Day passes and VIP Three-Day passes are also still available for $175 and $375, respectively.

Crash Line Productions is a Boston-based entertainment production company that owns and produces dozens of events each year.  Formed in 2012 by Brian Appel and Mike Snow, Crash Line Productions continues to build its event platform around the semi-annual Boston Calling Music Festival and the new Eaux Claires Music & Arts Festival, taking place July 17 & 18, 2015 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

City Hall Plaza is located at One City Hall Square in downtown Boston. The festival is accessible via the city’s T, at the Park Street stop on the Red Line, the State Street stop on the Orange or Blue line and the Haymarket stop on the Orange or Green line. The 92 and 93 buses also stop outside of City Hall Plaza on Congress Street.
